As we strive for excellence both on and off the pitch, we are excited to announce a significant project that aims to enhance our club's facilities in preparation for the upcoming Women’s Rugby World Cup next year. Thanks to the hard work of some dedicated members, we have secured a grant from the RFU to make important improvements.

Focusing our efforts on the main bar area of our clubhouse, we aim to create a more welcoming and comfortable space for all our members and guests. This refurbishment project not only aims to enhance the aesthetics of our clubhouse but also provide an enjoyable environment for socialising and celebrating our victories.

This project has to be completed before the 24/25 season commences. We will be looking to complete all work in July ahead of members returning to the club for pre-season fixtures.

However, we can't achieve our goals without your support!

We believe in the power of our community and the diverse range of skills and expertise our members possess. Therefore, we are reaching out to you to help us make this project a resounding success.

Do you have experience in project management, painting and decorating, interior design and fitting, audio-visual design, archiving and digitization, or fundraising and event organisation? We would love to hear from you!

By harnessing the talents within our club, we can maximise the impact of this refurbishment. Please take a moment to fill out our survey and let us know how you can contribute: https://s.surveyplanet.com/9o8gywfk

Additionally, we are also seeking volunteers who can assist with general labouring and odd jobs. Given the tight timeframe during the off-season, most of the work is scheduled to be completed in July. Your time and efforts will be invaluable in bringing our vision to life.

Furthermore, we need your help to raise the necessary funds to bring this project to fruition. Please share and also consider donating to our JustGiving page to support our efforts in transforming our clubhouse. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Your involvement and support are pivotal in making this refurbishment project a reality. By keeping as much of the work within our community and through volunteering, we aim to maximise the impact of this opportunity to refresh our social space. Let's come together as a community and create a space that we can all be proud of. Thank you for your continuous support.
