To be able to send emails to Members via the GMS System or put in Team Lists, Match Scorers, Coaching Roles, Team Roles and Player Statistics on the Website. Each Member, but especially Players who are not registered, need to have their contact details in the RFU GMS (Game Management System).

It would be most helpful if Members especially Players could fill in this form:-

Contact Details Response Form

Please put a space somewhere in the phone numbers otherwise the leading zero is missed off.

The RFU use the information in the Game Management System to allocate International Tickets, Grants and other goodies so it is important that we put in all the information that they require.
