In celebration of the upcoming 6 Nations tournament, and a great excuse to get active, Broughton Park are challenging you to join our club challenge. Each game week, as a club, we will attempt to ‘travel’ the combined mileage from the clubhouse to each host stadium (virtually, of course!).
You can walk, run, or cycle, simply log your mileage however you see fit (Strava, Google Maps, Nike +, photo of an odometer or fitbit, any other distance tracking app!) , and each week, send your completed mileage in to bpfc.challenge@gmail.com. Treadmills, turbo trainers, exercise bikes etc are all accepted along with outdoor mileage. Note, daily distance/step counts will not count, we want to see a specific period of exercise please.
There will be prizes for most individual miles, most miles as a team, most creative miles, best-dressed miles and more
If you are impressed by our efforts please donate to our rugby club here:

For example, a 9 year old who logs 2 miles walking, will get x1 for the method, and x2 age multipler, so the total miles logged will be 4 miles. Similarly, a 13 year old who cycles 5 miles will get 5 miles x 0.4 (method) x 1.5 (age) = 3 miles.
